Refresh ampules

Active Ingredients

• Polyvinyl alcohol        1.4%
• Povidone                     0.6%
• Sodium chloride
• Purified water

Indications

Refresh ampules is a unit-dose sterile solution, preservative free, that  lubricates the surface of your eyes, relieving the feeling of dryness, irritation or stinging caused by environmental factors.

Instructions

Do not swallow! This solution is intended for ophthalmic use only.

Place 1 or 2 drops in the affected eye(s) as needed.

Allow 15 minutes between the administration of ophthalmic products.

Contact lenses should be removed before each application and may be reinserted after 15 minutes.

To avoid contamination or possible eye injury, do not touch open-end of the vial on any surface and avoid direct contact with the eye.

Discard open unit dose vial after use.

Do not use after expiry date marked on the product.

Warnings

Do not use Refresh ampules if you are allergic to any of the ingredients.

Product may cause transient blurring of vision.

Do not use if solution changes color.

Discontinue use of the product and consult a doctor if you experience eye pain, changes in vision, continued redness or irritation of the eye, or if the condition worsens.

This product is preservative free and should be used immediately after opening to avoid contamination which could result in eye infections.
