Indications

Arnicare Ice gel is a non-greasy, medicated gel for external use, which is formulated to giveimmediate local pain relief through itssustained cooling effect. The herbal formula adds cooling agents to the traditional medicinal herb Arnica montana. This combination is usefulin alleviating local joint and musclepain, and in reducing swelling fromcontusions and bruises.

Instructions

For external use only. Do not put in themouth or swallow.

Directions for use:

Apply a thin layer of gel and gentlyrub onto the affected areas four times a day or repeat every twohours, until pain and congestion arerelieved.

Do not use Arnicare Ice if you are aware ofsensitivity to any of the ingredients.
