Gentle iron

Gentle iron is a bisglycinate iron which absorbed very efficiently - 4 times more than regular sulphate iron, especially suitable for those suffering from anemia (pregnant and lactating women). Does not cause known side effects like other types of iron like constipation, abdominal pain, nausea, diarrhea and stomach irritation. Gentle iron can be taken along with factors known to inhibit iron absorption such as: tea, caffeine, wheat bran, egg white, milk and its products, calcium preparations and antacids. Manufactured in easy-to-swallow herbal capsules that can also be opened if necessary.
