Histazine tablets
Treats allergic rhinitis and symptoms of allergy on the skin.
Active Ingredients
Each film-coated tablet contains:
Cetirizine dihydrochloride 10 mg
Indications

Antihistaminic drug for the treatment of allergies , for the treatment of seasonal and perennial allergic rhinitis and chronic idiopathic urticaria.
Instructions
Do not chew the tablets! Swallow the medicine with water.
Recommended dosage unless otherwise prescribed by your doctor:
Children over 6 years of age and adults: 1 tablet once daily.
Do not exceed the recommended dosage.
If you forget to take this medicine at the specified time, take the dose as soon as you remember, but never take a double dose to compensate for a missed one!
Warnings
Do not use this medicine if you are sensitive to any of its ingredients or if you have known hypersensitivity to hydroxyzine (Otarex).
Do not use this medicine if you are breastfeeding.
The tablets contain lactose and may cause an allergic reaction in lactose-sensitive patients.
Do not take this medicine without consulting a doctor before starting treatment:
If you are pregnant. If you are suffering, or have suffered in the past, from impaired function of the heart and/or vascular system, the liver, the prostate gland, the kidneys/urinary tract. If you suffer from emphysema or chronic bronchitis.
For children under 6 years of age it is recommended to consult a physician, especially in cases of impaired function of the kidneys and/or the liver.
This medicine is not usually intended for administration to infants and children under 2 years of age.
Do not drink wine or other alcoholic beverages while under treatment with this medicine.
If you are taking another drug concomitantly or if you have just finished treatment with another medicine, inform the attending doctor, in order to prevent hazards or lack of efficacy arising from drug interactions. This is especially important for medicines belonging to the following groups: drugs affecting the central nervous system (e.g. sedatives and hypnotics).
