Indications
Therapeutic group: Anti- fungal
Lamisil spray is a broad-spectrum antifungal agent, for the treatment of fungal infections of the
skin.
Instructions
Do not swallow! This medicine is intended for external use only.
Avoid contact with the eyes, nose, mouth or other mucous membranes.
Recommended dosage unless otherwise prescribed by your doctor:
Tinea pedis, tinea cruris, tinea corporis - apply once or twice a day, for one week.
Pityriasis versicolor (sun fungus) - apply once or twice a day, for two weeks.
Moisture enhances fungal growth; therefore the affected area should be kept dry.
The affected area must be washed before each application of the medicine.
When treating the feet, it is important to wash and dry them thoroughly, especially the area
between the toes. It is best to wear cotton socks, and refrain from wearing socks made of wool
or synthetic materials. It is best to change socks several times a day (depending on the amount of
sweat). During the appropriate seasons, it is recommended to wear sandals without socks.
Do not exceed the recommended dosage.
If there is no improvement in your condition within 4 weeks, refer to your doctor.
Complete the full course of treatment as instructed by your doctor.
Warnings
Do not use this medicine if you are sensitive to any of its ingredients.
Do not use this medicine frequently, or for a prolonged period of time, without consulting your
doctor.
Do not use this medicine without consulting a doctor before starting treatment: If you are
pregnant in the first/third trimester, or breastfeeding.
This medicine is not usually intended or administration to infants/children under 12 years old.
