Protec Wet Cough

Protec wet cough by Altman is a herbal syrup that combines plant extracts that work together synergistically. These plant extracts have undergone a unique extraction process that preserves the active ingredients in plants. The extracts come in a liquid syrup that increases the absorption of the components in the body.

The syrup contains no animal ingredients and is suitable for vegetarians and vegans.

The syrup does not affect alertness.

Protec wet cough is suitable for adults and children from age 3.

Composition:

• Thymus vulgaris liquid extract  (12%) - Thymus known as expectorant, recommended for use in cases of colds, sinusitis and flu.
• Salva officinalis liquid extract   ( 3.2%) - The sage plant has many health benefits and is considered effective for reducing inflammation, for the treatment of infections of the respiratory system and throat (drying of runny nose and phlegm).
• Pimpinella anisum liquid extract ( 2%) - Anise seeds contain essential oils (ethanol, estragol), flavonoids and phenols. Anise has an expectorant , anti-bacterial, antiseptic and anti-inflammatory effect. Anise is useful for strengthening the respiratory system and for treating conditions of bronchitis (acute or chronic) and cough.
• Mentha Piperita liquid extract  ( 1.6% ) - Mentha helps clear the upper and lower respiratory passages, and can provide relief for various respiratory problems, including rhinitis, nasal congestion, sinusitis, asthma, bronchitis, and even a simple but annoying cough.
• Pinus silvestris liquid extract ( 0.6% ) - A herb that known  as a reliever in conditions of upper respiratory congestion and cough.
• Cinnamomum zeylanicum liquid extract ( 0.2% ) - Cinnamon has a regulated effect on the immune system and inflammatory reactions, and thus probably reduces typical signs of illness. It also reduces phlegm and coughs.

Directions for use:

Adults:
One tablespoon, 3-5 times a day.

Children:

From the age of  3 : one teaspoon 3-5 times a day.

From the age of  8: 2 teaspoons, 3-5 times a day.

Package contains 120 ml.
